Q: DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
A: No, we don’t have a brick-and-mortar store but our online shop is available 24/7.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR PICKUP PROCESS?
A: Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Please, note that custom/personalized orders can take more time depending on the style. Contact us for any inquires laraquel@laraqueljewelry.com / 787.402.7180
Q: HOW CAN I CHANGE/MODIFY MY ORDER?
A: Please be advised that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make cancellations. In case of any error with a custom order, you must contact us via email at laraquel@laraqueljewelry.com within 8 hours from the time the order was placed for us to make any change/correction.
Q: DO YOU OFFERS REPAIR SERVICES?
A: Yes, we offer repairs services but only for those pieces acquired from us. Contact us for further details via email at laraquel@laraqueljewelry.com
Q: HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
A: To clean 18K or 14K solid gold & diamond jewelry, we recommend using a gentle dish soap with warm water. Please be aware some stones are delicate.
Sterling Silver jewelry tends to naturally oxidize over time. We recommend cleaning it with a polishing cloth.
Please keep all jewelry away from moisture, skin lotions, sunscreen, hairspray or perfumes. Many beauty products can cause tarnishing of metals and some people who have a high ph in their skin can cause tarnishing as well. We recommend taking off your jewelry to shower and not to sleep with them.
Q: HOW CAN I MEASUREMENT MY PERFECT LENGTH FOR A NECKLACE/BRACELET?
A: All measurements are based on the necklace/bracelet closed. Hold it at the clasp and measure from top to the bottom of the chain, then double the measurement. We use inches.
Q: HOW CAN I CHANGE THE LENGTH OF A CUSTOM NECKLACE/BRACELET/ANKLET I ALREADY RECEIVED?
A: If you receive your necklace/bracelet/anklet and want to change the chain length, there is a fee to do so.
Q: CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
A: If your order has not yet shipped, email us at laraquel@laraqueljewelry.com with your order number and updated address so we can adjust it for you. If your address needs to be changed, please let us know as soon as possible. Once a package has been assigned tracking, we are unable to make adjustments.
Q: WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
A: Laraquel Jewelry is delighted to offer each and every customer with a magnificent experience. We are confident you will be very happy and love your purchase from us. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly consider returns for store credit or exchanges as long as we are notified via email within the next 5 days after it has been delivered to you, as confirmed by USPS or Courier notification and subject to the following policy.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns must be unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, including: any boxes and/or pouches, and any free gifts with the purchase.
All sale items, modified items, giveaways, personalized styles (including items with a single initial), and custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
For sanitary reasons, all earrings are not returnable.
All items purchased with store credit or exchange are FINAL SALE.
All international orders are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for return or exchange.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If a returned item is out of stock, we will only consider store credit or exchange.
PREPARING YOUR RETURN BY MAIL:
Notify us the reason for the return, via email to laraquel@laraqueljewelry.com, within the next 5 days after the merchandise has been delivered to you, as confirmed by USPS or Courier.
Proceed to return the merchandise by mail only to the following address: 79 SW 12th St., Unit 1404 Miami FL 33130 United States. Your mail must include a tracking number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and handling costs when returning the merchandise.
Allow 2-7 business days for your return to be processed once the merchandise is back in our possession.
All returns will be inspected, and we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we believe the merchandise does not comply with our Return Policy.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?
A: Please note that we ship all orders from Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. If ordering Next Day Shipping, the order will be shipped on the next business day.
For all personalized and customized items please allow 7-14 business days from the order date (this does not include delivery time) for the item to ship. If you need to place an urgent order, please contact our Customer Service Team at laraquel@laraqueljewelry.com
Please note that processing time may take longer during the holiday season and during specific sales and promotions.
Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
Once we prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to USPS or Courier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound. In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Laraquel Jewelry does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The safety of our minis is incredibly important to us, which is why we only use quality materials when creating our jewelry pieces. Please note that children under the age of 3 years old, must wear this jewelry under adult supervision at all times.
